This fish has a bad reputation as a very aggresive fish. I have yet to expirience this. You will find this fish primarily in the transitionzone. Its primary food in the wild is algae, They become 12 cm for the male and 10 for the female. They broodsize is about 30. This fish's females can change colour into that of a male. Their sex remains the same only the colour changes. Its usually older females heading towards 'The old age'.
